"It was a very nice hotel and a room, the bed was comfortable and it was very clean, including the hallway and lobby area. The only difficulty I had was that the staff did not speak any English so it was a little difficult since my Japanese skill is not great. "Love this hotel! Second time i stayed at this hotel and had good service. This time was a bit different. They could not find my reservation for the luggage to be shipped and then when we checked in, they didn’t give us the breakfast tickets which was included when I made the reservation.
