A 3.5-star hotel. The staff didn't speak much English, but they were helpful. Very cramped rooms, with no space to put suitcases. In our opinion, a three-person room should only accommodate a double. Besides, if you're entitled to any privileges (I have an Expedia gold card), forget anyone even asking or offering you a room upgrade, etc. Otherwise, it was standard. A wide selection of breakfast options. The AC in the room could be stronger and the vents cleaner.

Very average, good for a basic stay. A lot of rooms on each floor - so elevators are a bit busy at times. Rooms are on the small side, but at least there is a chair and desk area.

Good place to stay

Overall, a good hotel. The restaurant attached to the hotel is a Denny’s. Hotel is close to the train station and sunshine shopping center and there are many restaurants in the area. The room is a little bit bigger than the average Japanese hotel room. The only thing to note is if you have a queen bed, it will go the whole width of the room so the second person has to climb over to get to their side of the bed. The staff at the hotel is excellent very accommodating. The laundry facility is right adjacent to the front desk. If you’re drying your clothes, it takes a long time since it’s only a small dryer. overall, I would stay there again.

Very clean; staff was nice; room is standard size on 12th floor; room has slippers and bath robes, lobby provides travel size bathroom supplies-toothbrush, toothpaste, razor...; great toilet and bathtub! Walkable distance to many supermarkets; ice machine and water machine on 12th floor. Negative aspects: wifi was weak; TV is pay to watch; no microwave in the room.

Love this Hotel & Location

This hotel is clean, close to the Esaka Station. Staff are very nice & professional. I like the fact there are water station in each floor, I can fill up my water bottles. There are amenities (instant coffee, tea bag, facial cleanser, facial Cream, Toner, razor…)pick up station next to the front desk, you can grab what you need. There are 7eleven ATM machine downstairs to get Japanese cash out. Starbucks, Mr. Donuts, Lawson, Supermarket, many restaurants near. I flew in to Itami airport so this location was more convenient than middle of Osaka where it is too overwhelmingly crowded.

OK hotel, but the air conditioning was broken and we were not allowed to open the (clearly hinged) windows. Our room was a sweltering and humid 27 degrees celsius day and night for our entire stay despite chilly autumn weather, which made our room overall unpleasant. The free wifi was very spotty, and constantly dropped out. It was completely non functional in the bathroom. The water station on our floor was always empty in the evening. Otherwise good room and service, friendly staff, pretty lobby. Immediate surroundings are a little boring, but it's only 20 minutes to Osaka city center on the midosuji line, which can be accessed very closed to the hotel. But the broken AC and hot room were a dealbreaker. Be prepared to use your own cellular data in the hotel as well.

Great hotel, but wifi troubles.

The hotel was lovely. Close to Esaka station, about 3-4 minute walk depending on your pace. The staff was friendly. The only reason I did not give my stay a perfect score was due to the wifi in the room. The sign in instructions told me to choose the one with my room number on it, but that was not available. I had two options. The floor above me or another rooms wifi, which was weaker than the floor above me. I was able to sign in, but couldn't do more than one thing at a time. Which was a bit annoying when I was trying to talk with my family while looking up directions for my early departure the next day. The signal also kept dropping. I've stayed in a variety of different hotels, and let's just say a hotel in the country side up on a mountain had better wifi than this high class hotel located in a thriving city. Even so, I still recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice comfortable hotel with helpful staff. Perhaps the wifi will be working better during your stay.
