"Checking in was a little confusing with reception being all the way on the 20 something floor but staff were so kind and helpful! The restaurant / bar / breakfast were all delicious, and our room was super clean and spacious."

"The location is convenient to shops, restaurants and subways. Lots to do and eat in the immediate location. The only thing I didn't like was the size of the room for 3 adults, with 3 beds. There was no room to put your things and with 3 suitcases, and backpacks it was pretty tight. Because of the size of the room, it was hard to relax and unwind in the room. It's nice we had access to a laundry room, but we had to wake up around 6:30am, get in line to use the machines. It took a while because people before us had to dry their clothes more than once depending on how much clothes they put in there. The more clothes, the longer it takes, sometimes 3-4 times to dry."
