This hotel is in an apartment building, floors 4-8. We booked this hotel because we were looking for a location semi near the Itami airport for an early morning flight. Unfortunately, this hotel is in a NO taxi pick up area!!! Something we really wish we knew before booking.

ツインで予約したのですが、お値段は満足でした。 しかし、ベッド周りをはじめ、トイレ以外は普通に良かったてす。連泊なので最低限のお掃除をお願いしましたが、きれいにされていました。(★3つ) 洗浄便座が古くで高さも低く、水勢が弱く、お尻を濡らす程度でした。 また、タオルやパジャマ類の古びた感は否めませんでした(★2つ) 要改善点かと思います。(★1つ) また、朝食付きでなかったので、ベッド料金をお支払いしてバイキング方式の朝食を食べてみたのですが、品数も少なく、味もイマイチかと。(★2つ) よらしくお願いします。

よくあることですが、写真ほど綺麗ではないです。 施設は古く、今時カードキーでなく、出かける時は鍵を預けなくてはいけません。 私が泊まった時は中国人の団体がおり、朝食会場は混雑していた上、彼らが大声で喋るため食事に唾液が飛散しており、とても不潔でした。 げんなりして駅前のスタバで朝食を取り直しました。 他に選択肢がない場合以外はお勧めしません。

まず入り口が学習塾ビルの中にあり、見つけるのにとても苦労した。タクシーをお願いしたら、希望時間の20分前からでないと受け付けられないと言われ、20分前に呼んだら、それから10分後に来てしまった。外国人スタッフの日本語力不足も気になる。多分もう利用しないでしょう。

駅直結の利便性

駅直結。休日に利用したので施設への入口（休日は閉鎖）に若干戸惑ったが、利便性は良い。 施設は新しくはない普通のビジネスホテルといった様相。

新しいホテルではないのでそれなりに傷んでいる所が目に付きますが、このエリアに他の選択肢は無いので受け入れましょう。南側の部屋だと電車の他、救急車の音もよく聞こえます。価格はまあまあと思います。
