"Old motor inn that has been completely and well remodeled. Rooms are clean/bright/roomy, etc. Owners are delightful - enjoyed seeing them play with their children! "
"Brand new hotel. Spacious suite, friendly staff, easy area to navigate for food and shopping. The surrounding area is under construction for new shops surrounding the hotel, but overall the area is great and the hotel itself is a great place to stay."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was definitely delicious and there was a good variety of food. The hot tub was a great. I will stay there again. "
"We had a great time, with plenty to do! We stayed at the Stone Hill Lodge. It’s on the hill above the Wilderness and across from Soaky Mountain. Shuttles ran frequently so we were able to go to main water dome and also go to Soaky Mountain. May not be convenient for smaller children; but I have teenagers and they didn’t mind the traveling. Everything is expensive, but it’s to be expected at a resort. Staff were accommodating, very friendly, and helpful. The kids want to go back on Spring Break. "
"It was very pretty in the lobby, hot tub. But pool could have been warmer, better steps in deep pool and pumps turned on in the outside pool with a little heat in water it was freezingcold oit there....but the pavilion was gorgeous and I LOVED SEEING THE BEARS THERE! The staff was awesome!!!! The unique pool area was cute, amd outside deck on pool was very nice just to cold of water n pumps weren't on to circulate the bees lol.."
"We loved the water features except due to being small build our water savy, athletic 5 year old couldn't come down the slides that 3 yr. olds were able to ride. Also closing the slides to change out lifeguards was disappointing."
