「被单有破洞，员工都很棒，洗衣设施很好，附近有超市，美食很多，停车场很大，阳台风景超级棒，提供早餐水果」

「Everything was good !!」

「I was incredibly disappointed with this stay. I asked very specifically for a wheelchair accessible room and was given a room that my elderly mother could not take a bath in because it was not accessible. I asked specifically about the height of the bed so that I would know that my elderly mother could get into and out of the bed without a problem. I was told that it was a specific height and it was not. While the staff did try to fix these issues, truly the only thing they did was give me a lot...

「The staff there were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was adequate and the coffee was good. My room smelled musty and was a bit dated but not bad. Saw a herd of deer in the property next to the hotel」

「They must have done a renovation on the rooms because the room I had was way better than the property's review. Granted you're not looking at a 4 star hotel, but the room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast left much to be desired. All in all, a very good room for the money.」

「Todo excelente pero deben aclarar que el parking tiene un costo」

「helpful staff - wish they would have had a breakfast menu」

「We loved our stay. Property was very beautiful in the center of the town. Room was spacious and clean.」

「The room was clean with a firm bed. Beautiful view by the creek. Very close to town center.」

「A+」

「The room was not clean. There was soap scum in the shower clear down on to the floor. We did not use any of the amenities and didn’t even use the shower due to how dirty it was. The room was in a separate building about 2 blocks from the main hotel. There was no parking in the area of the room. I had to park at the main hotel and walk 2 blocks to the room. This was one of the worst experiences we have ever had.」

「Great stay!」

「Our stay was better than expected. To be clear, this is not a 5 Star hotel but for the type of hotel/ motel, it was excellent…. a 5 star experience. The staff was exceptional and the room was super clean. The unit we stayed in appeared to be newly remodeled and the bed was very comfortable. The location was within walking distance of everything downtown so that was a bonus! The breakfast was a typical continental style. We would stay here again!」

「Stayed there one night and it was a very good stay. Hotel is very quiet, clean room, close to everything in downtown Helen. Price was good.」

「Honestly, we were extremely happy to see signage on the counter regarding a non-smoking facility. They take it seriously and the place smelled great! Also no pet policy keeps this property in tiptop shape. Very clean everything worked…and without over that amazing view on the benches provided was the frosting on the cake! Very reasonably priced! Nice job」
