The room was clean but almost everything else was poor. The “breakfast” was bagels, a prepackaged muffin or cereal. The AC was broken and the hair dryer was falling off the wall. The soap and shampoo was not sufficient for 2 people (and I was in their “master suite”. Parking was great but the door to the parking did not unlock with the key. The key cards had to be reconfigured three times in a one day stay. No elevator and steep Small stairs. The owner was very nice but should be putting more investment in the property. Expedia let me down AGAIN.

The clerk that checked us in was really awesome at her job, made us feel at home but I think it was the owner that never spoke to us the next day,, And I think the owner needs to sell his Corvette and fix problems in Room #120,, mold along caulking edges in bathroom, both sink faucet handles came off, commode rocks back and forth, light socket fell out in lamp on the table, knob on night stand came off couldn't open it,, temp control knob missing and still couldn't adjust setting it would not turn had to turn it on and off when needed,, the floor lamp on and off switch didn't work had to unplug and plug up when needed,, Continental Breakfast was only cereal and bagels,, our room door safety latch had been busted loose and didn't work, so we put the chair up against it,, !!! over all we will not stay here again !!!

Horrible place, entry door would not close. Called the front desk about not able to close it and lady said to not worry, leave it… they have cameras??? It did eventually close after pulling it with all my body weight. Later after returning from dinner, went to the front desk to just let them know about the problem, not to complaint. But the gentleman kept on arguing that there was nothing wrong with the door. Instead he doubted my capability to properly lock the door. Front desk person on duty was extremely rude and seemed to be on ego hunt. I decided to leave instead of keep going. Hotel is extremely old, has unsightly stains and imperfections all over the walls and room had musty smell. Toilet bowl had the ring like it had not been cleaned for months. There was no hand soap and the mini shampoo bottle was opened and previously used. Air conditioner had its own mind and will intermittently stop working without cooling the room. I will never stay there again even for free and do not recommend this property at all.

Room was clean. Photo did not represent the outside condition of the hotel. Cashier was courteous. Beds need new mattresses and the hot water handle at the bathroom sink kept coming off.

A/c worked great the problem was the sheets were dirty on arrival and so was the chair in the room looked like it had bodily fluids stains on it. Drink machines don't work mini fridge was set to warm TV is set to watch free Vizio TV. We waiting over a hr and a half for someone to come up front to check us in at 10:30 pm so we finally got into our room around midnight after driving all day. We also had someone come into our room while we was gone and use our bathroom and not flush even with our do not disturb sign on the door. This is probably the worst hotel I been in my life I will never recommend or will come back. I'd rather sleep in my car then come back here. The free breakfast is so small your gonna want to just go get food. Beds are hard as a rock. It is outdated and really need some updating.

The service was terrible and we did not receive the amenities we paid for. When locked out of our room we were unable to reach any staff and were the only people in the entire lodge, resulting in calling emergency services due to safety issues for my girlfriend who needed her inhaler that was in the room. Amenities included complimentary breakfast, as well as a fridge and coffee maker in the room and we did not receive either. When brought up to management, we were told that we were "not required a fridge and were the only ones in the lodge so we did not get breakfast". Was told that we were not out for breakfast by 7:30 so it was not put out when we were told prior that breakfast is from 6:30-11 and we were not informed we needed to be out of our room by a certain time. The manager was very rude and did not once apologize for his lack of manners or for the lack of service. We were never able to reach staff even when there was a number left for us to call in case we needed them. Do not recommend and had a horrible experience with management.

Third time I have stayed here. If there e someone in a room Next to you , I can hear them talking in a muffled sound. They forgot to put out breakfast the last day I was there!
