「We booked a room with two queen beds and they called us the same day to upgrade us to a “King Suite”, which only had 1 bed. That makes no sense. The woman at check in virtually said nothing. Never told us when breakfast was, where the pool was, when check out was. The water in the pool was absolutely not 82° like the staff insisted. The room was clean and complimentary breakfast was delicious. The hotel is very close to the outlets.」

「The front desk woman was very helpful and so nice and always is. We were there a few weeks ago as well and decided to book again. The pool was great and the parking is very convenient. Will definitely keep on booking in the future.」

「Rooms are clean and well stocked with necessities. Nice refrigerator, stove and microwave. I was a bit surprised regarding the impossible sausage breakfast option but there were other choices if not your thing. Would stay again for sure.」

「I thought I was making a reservation at The Colony Hotel, which is an ocean view hotel, but when I arrived, there was a large dumpster blocking the entrance. I called the hotel and was told it’s under renovation an I would be staying at another location across the street. Not ocean view. Had to drive to a nearby store to check into this other hotel. My room was acceptable but bathroom door would not lock properly. Very Disappointing!」

「Full view of the beach. Brand new renovations throughout. I would revist York beach just to stay there. It was my birthday and I felt like a Queen. 」

The location is very good, shopping and dining are convenient, the front desk is fast, the room has no odor, the location is easy to find, and there is free wireless internet. I chose a family room, that can accommodate 5 people. The price is very cost-effective and the stay experience is good! It is worth recommending this hotel.」
