「The hacienda was beautiful, with its own cenote and underground river. Tours by David were amazing on site, and his advice for activities, restaurants etc. really enhanced our stay. The restaurant food was excellent - we had breakfast included and also ate one lunch and 2 dinners during our 5 night stay. 」

「The rooftop patio room we got was amazing, eating breakfast up there every day watching the sunrise over the ocean was the best I’ve had out of anywhere I’ve gone down south. And then me and my girlfriend would set up an iPad to watch Netflix on the rooftop while we drink wine and ate cheese watching the sun go down over the ocean. Five stars on that experience」

「This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic...
