「Great hotel」

「设施老旧，排水堵塞，浴缸很容易积水，开热水需要等很久，空调噪音也大。」

「Absolutely LOVE the mattress they use!!! It cradles You with softness and comfort! The bathroom could use some updating and a better cleaning. The room Hadn’t been dusted, there was a film and I sneezed a lot because of that. I did go to the desk to ask them to clean the tub so we could shower and they sent someone immediately. All in all, the stay was an 8, great value, morning staff was very nice. Breakfast was fresh and hot. Would recommend and would stay again.」

「The room was very clean and nice! We slept peacefully and it was quiet there away from the hustle and bustle in downtown area. We were close to everything- including the beach, downtown attractions, and restaurants. Vilano beach was 6 miles from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much!😄」

「I arrived at about 2:30 PM. That is a few minutes before check in time. There was a male and a female working the counter. My room was not ready they found me a room in a few minutes. I am not sure that was what made me fill out this review. I think it was they were just so dedicated to customer service. I travel often, those 2 folks working when I arrived were a breath of fresh air for someone who has many nights in hotels. I saw the male this Am at checkout, he was as pleasant this AM...

「Just a average run of the mill hotel. OK to stay overnight, but that's it. Noting really worth mentioning. Breakfast is very basic.」

「Our stay, for 4 nights, was excellent. Our room was spotless, the view from the 3rd floor was beautiful. Food from the Bistro let us eat out without going out. The food was great. The best thing was the staff. They are all professional and courteous. I would expect that. In addition, there is an attitude of niceness, welcome, and a true wish to help. 「needed a rest on a long road trip. Nice convenient was able to back right up to the door as we were only staying for one evening. Will be back in the future..」

「Pool was closed, ice machine broken, room keys didn’t work, people in front of us were checked into a room with other people inside, filthy rooms, bugs in the room (not bedbugs), etc.… Do yourself a favor and don’t try to save the 50 bucks by staying here, it’s not worth it.」
