「Iron didn't work and leaked water on my clothes. Took two calls to get a new iron. Telephone didn't work well and could not hear reception on the phone. The AC was very loud coming on and off all the time. Hall door closed with a very loud bang. Toilet flushing woudl wake anyboudy from a sound sleep. Nice staff though」

The lobby had a disgruntled customer who came in early to get her room key and had to wait four hours until check in. She made a scene and was very loud complaining about how she wasn’t being catered to fast enough. 「This property was disgusting!! We spent 2hrs cleaning the home, the backyard was moldy, dirty and the hanging cool chairs shown in pictures are filthy and the lighted area only lit a small corner! The doors were black and disgusting, the windows were filled with mud and dirt! The pictures are false advertising, the whole property were false advertised, I was mortified I spent ANY money on this property!! I will be reaching out to corporate for this matter! 「The property was uberclean and very nice. The gym had everything I want in a gym , and everything my daughter wants in a gym. The breakfast was just okay. The sound proofing is below Hilton standards in my opinion.」

I love retro lodging. The room was very small but OK for just me. The bathroom was so small I had to sit sideways on the toilet. No plug in the bathroom either!
