「Iron didn't work and leaked water on my clothes. Took two calls to get a new iron. Telephone didn't work well and could not hear reception on the phone. The AC was very loud coming on and off all the time. Hall door closed with a very loud bang. Toilet flushing woudl wake anyboudy from a sound sleep. Nice staff though」

「Room was clean, kitchen was stocked, we had everything we needed without having to disturb staff or be disturbed. We came over Mother’s Day weekend and it was very chaotic. The lobby had a disgruntled customer who came in early to get her room key and had to wait four hours until check in. She made a scene and was very loud complaining about how she wasn’t being catered to fast enough. Jenna assisted me during check in and was balancing the lobby full of other customers the disgruntled customer...

「The bed is not pillow topped as described, the shower floor was cracked and can cause injury. Shower floor is incredibly slick while dry, and even worse when wet. The soap dispensers in the shower did not work, the toilet was not secured to the floor, we did not get a snack box as it says we would for a premium room. 」

「This property was disgusting!! We spent 2hrs cleaning the home, the backyard was moldy, dirty and the hanging cool chairs shown in pictures are filthy and the lighted area only lit a small corner! The doors were black and disgusting, the windows were filled with mud and dirt! The pictures are false advertising, the whole property were false advertised, I was mortified I spent ANY money on this property!! I will be reaching out to corporate for this matter! The pictures show clean, cutesy home...
