"The front desk were excellent nice and friendly but housekeeping did a real bad job in our room and on one of the days they didn’t clean our room and we had to call so they could at least give us towels and throw out the trash! The carpet in the hallway are done so bad that I couldn’t roll my suitcase and they look very dirty! My husband and I were very disappointed and lastly the room I booked I did that get I book a room with a couch and I got a little desk and chair. Very disappointed "

"The room had an old smell and the bathroom was extremely dirty. The staff was very friendly and as accommodating as they could be in such an old establishment. I for one have no intention of returning to this resort. "

"When you pull up to the parking lot it is absolutely filthy The room smell horrible people stand out your door and talk loud all through the night just is not a very nice hotel I would have never picture if I know it look like that I will never put that again I actually love her day early"

"All staff we met during our stay were very courteous and friendly. Adam was at the front desk during check-in and the majority of our stay. The continental breakfast was simple, but perfect. The kitchen came stocked with paper towels, a sponge, dish soap and dishwasher tabs, so we didn’t have to go out and purchase anything to clean up after ourselves. Housekeeping comes every other day, but they were more than willing to give us a fresh set of towels at the front desk after we used the pool. "
