「I arrived at about 2:30 PM. That is a few minutes before check in time. There was a male and a female working the counter. My room was not ready they found me a room in a few minutes. I am not sure that was what made me fill out this review. I think it was they were just so dedicated to customer service. 「Absolutely LOVE the mattress they use!!! It cradles You with softness and comfort! The bathroom could use some updating and a better cleaning. The room Hadn’t been dusted, there was a film and I sneezed a lot because of that. I did go to the desk to ask them to clean the tub so we could shower and they sent someone immediately. All in all, the stay was an 8, great value, morning staff was very nice. Breakfast was fresh and hot. Would recommend and would stay again.」

「The room was very clean and nice! We slept peacefully and it was quiet there away from the hustle and bustle in downtown area. We were close to everything- including the beach, downtown attractions, and restaurants. Vilano beach was 6 miles from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much!😄」

「Our stay, for 4 nights, was excellent. Our room was spotless, the view from the 3rd floor was beautiful. Food from the Bistro let us eat out without going out. The food was great. The best thing was the staff. They are all professional and courteous. I would expect that. In addition, there is an attitude of niceness, welcome, and a true wish to help. 「Well for starters, me and my boyfriend arrived on time to check in. Check in was at 3:00, we arrived at about 2:50. We had to wait for an additional 30 minutes to almost an hour past 3:00 for a room! I even had a reservation so I didn’t understand the reasoning for the hold up. The woman at the desk could’ve been a little nicer than she was. She definitely was a little rude and had a nasty attitude with her tone and the way she spoke to us and even others.
