「Furniture was broken, ceiling half painted, people live in hotel cooking curry so halls and room smells like curry.」

「They cancelled my reservation because I wasn’t there at 3pm!!!!!!!!! Unreal!!! No joke said we were suppose to be there on the dot when you CAN get your room! Left us stranded as we have an EV and planned our trip to charge there upon arrival. Front desk lady was HORRID and hateful.」
