If I could give this hotel more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Check-in was smooth and welcoming. The lobby is bright, modern, and inviting, setting a great first impression. We were even given the option to choose which floor we wanted to stay on—a thoughtful touch. The lemon scent throughout the hallways was a pleasant surprise and added to the overall cleanliness. Our one-bedroom suite with a kitchen was spotless and well-maintained. The bathroom was fresh and free of any mildew smell, which is a common issue in older hotels in the area. The ventilation system worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast was another highlight. They even provided chopsticks and straws, which shows their effort to accommodate international business travelers. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Holland!

Out in industrial area but close enough to Holland restaurants and shopping. Nice newly renovated facilities. Breakfast and plentiful nearby parking included. We enjoyed our stay here and plan to stay here again.

The thermostat was broken and itvwas freezing in the room. We checked in late in the evening so we just muddled through. The staff and the room we great!

Easy drive to downtown Holland and other nearby cities, South Haven, Saugatuck, etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean and thorough cleaning of units observed. Nice to have kitchen available for a longer stay with refrigerator, glasses, silverware etc. available.

Newly remodeled, clean and quiet. On the negative, spa has been removed (not mentioned on website) and very expensive for a weekend stay. We would have stayed 2 nights (and spent more overall) if it was somewhat cheaper.
