「The hotel is clean and the staff is great. The breakfast is good. Enough choices for everyone. We had a suite which was very spacious. The only - point is the pool. Not only is the pool very small it’s also cold. But that’s not the reason we came to this hotel. We would definitely come back again.」

「非常好的一次住宿体验。预订时并没有注意，这家酒店在一个大学里面，是hope college的会议中心。因为是在学校里面，所以很安静。我们睡的很香。酒店在霍兰的中心，离风车公园和红灯塔都是10分钟左右的车程，很方便。在酒店附近逛街也不错。」

「Stayed two nights. Room was very clean….nice shower. Breakfast was a continental+ ….. waffles, oatmeal, fresh fruit and juices, toast and bagels, cereal, etc. 24 hr coffee available. Lots of restaurants around, a Meijer and Target if you need anything. Inside pool and exercise room. Would stay here again…」

「This property was amazing! It was very clean, a walkable distance to the channel and many restaurants, an easy drive and park to the beach. The breakfast was really good and Shelley, the caretaker, was friendly and knowledgeable about the property and the area. She was amazing! We will definitely be back.」

「The hotel needs more round the clock cleaning crew for such a busy hotel. Hallway garbage was overflowing. Our bathtub was clogged and hardly drained. There was volleyball court no ball, ping pong no balls. Later in the day no pool towels and no hotel staff to wash them as cleaning department only open during the day. Nice restaurant but overall not worth what I paid.」

「This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I requested a refund immediately after seeing the condition of the room, but the hotel refused. The place is nothing but lipstick on a pig—superficially presentable until you actually look around. The mirrors were covered in streaks, hair was scattered throughout the room, and it was obvious cleanliness wasn’t a priority. If this is their standard, I can’t imagine what they consider unacceptable. I left and drove to Grand Rapids rather than...
