「The property is cozy and well appointed. The staff were beyond delightful. It was a joy staying there. Beds were super comfortable and room nicely appointed. I would return to this same property on our next visit to Richmond.」

「This was an excellent stay for our journey to London. The location is great, quiet, and easy to navigate to many destinations. The room was a bit delayed for our check in, but we were able to be seated at the bar until the room was ready. The room is a bit outdated but comfortable with a touch of British feel. 「just next to kings cross station and st pancras. Super conveninent with lots of foodstores nearby. Despite a small entrance, the hotel itself is really spacious. Very new and clean. Rooms are a bit dark. But overall it is really good. Love the pantry where u can serve yourself, from milk, snacks, to cake, coffee, newspaper and magazine.」
