The best thing about this hotel was the really helpful and friendly staff who often went out out of their way. Location is also amazing with the main shopping area of Regent Street a one minute walk away, as well as theaters and restaurants of Soho at your doorstep. Our twin room was adequate, if dark and a bit shabby.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet despite being in a vibrant part of town. Great AC (stayed during July). Front desk was very helpful with all of our questions, friendly, and professional. Would stay at this property again as highly recommend.

Amazing location in the heart of Soho, but around the corner so it’s quiet. Great hotel, restaurant on site is really good and the rooms are really funky and very comfortable… The beds are amazing….really enjoyable !! please put conditioner in the shower though!!

I am traveling through London few times a year, sometimes by myself and sometimes with my 13yo daughter. We made a point to try different hotels and areas of London on these visit, we never went back to the same hotel twice and honestly we never stayed in a place we wanted to go back to, nothing really stood out, many places have clean and well kept rooms and suites but not much soul there. In this case we will sure be back, this place have plenty of what the other hotels don’t, real character, it’s fun and just a little funky ( in a great way). It was short visit and we did meet many of the hotel staff but the few we did (at the front desk) were great, pleasant and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay - albeit short - here - only one night. Check in was easy and the room was really nice and comfortable. We were visiting during one of the hottest times on record for London, so it was nice to have air conditioning to sleep in (we didn’t in the place we stayed the prior 4 nights outside of London). Since it was so hot, we didn’t get to enjoy the rooftop lounge - maybe next time.

I enjoyed staying here, but mostly, I loved the location. Soho is a great part of London and this hotel is close to everything. I particularly loved the private rooftop bar area. Clean and comfortable with great services, I would come back here for sure on my next trip to London.

This is a fantastic hotel to base yourself for a weekend in Soho/Mayfair. The rooms are small, but are immaculately presented. The staff are all excellent and could not do enough to help. Food and drinks also excellent. We will definitely be staying here again!

Very nice, clean and well located hotel right between Regent Street shopping and Soho madness. Vaguely rock'n'roll themed. Great beds and linens. Eat cheap for breakfast down the street at Pret a Manger. Near both Picadilly and Trafalger Circus tube stations.

Location is walking distance to many major tourist spots. Near the heart of Piccadilly but away from the noise. We walked to several areas including the palace, church and bridges. Many restaurants, coffee shops and pubs all around. Staff are courteous. Our server in the restaurant is sweet. The breakfast was good. Even with an “upgrade”, the room was small and bathrooms need an overhaul. The grout in the shower was all crumbly and coming up and the toilet didn’t seem clean. For how small the bedroom is, there are huge decorative pillows that add to the space constraints. There’s no counter space in the bathroom and just a small ledge to put a handful of small items on. Luckily there are two mirrors outside of the bathroom. The room has blackout curtains and the windows have added sound proofing. I liked the location and it did the trick for one night, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

I had such an amazing experience staying at this hotel and honestly could not have asked for a better stay. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming, comfortable, and well taken care of. The entire property was beautiful, clean, and had such a great atmosphere. You could tell that attention to detail was important throughout the hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. Everything we needed was provided, and the room felt like a peaceful place to come back to at the end of the day. One of the biggest highlights was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They made us feel welcome and were always willing to assist whenever we had a question or needed anything. Great customer service can really make or break a hotel stay, and the service here was definitely one of the reasons this experience stood out. The location was also fantastic. It was convenient for getting around and made it easy to enjoy everything we wanted to see and do. Being able to come back to such a comfortable hotel after a busy day was a huge plus. Thank you to the entire hotel team for making our stay so enjoyable! We loved our time here and can’t wait to come back.
