「The hotel was a lot of fun! Cool library cafe, nice pool bar and pool area but I do wish there was a little more space to sit around the pool. The rooms were very clean, bright, and a cool layout. Love that the toilet, shower and sink are all separate. Spacious closets with deep drawers. Plant of counter space. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Would absolutely stay here again. 」

「Ac could be cooler, front desk do not tell you the safe is in the bottom drawer. I felt safe outside if the hotel, just needs lots of updates. Steet & sidewalks.」

「This property is very nice. The only issue was the system went down when checking in, it took two days for us to get keys, and our room was only cleaned once and not daily like it said. Was not sure if I needed to request that it be done everyday. Room was beautiful, the view was ok. Staff very friendly and helpful. We will be back again. Thank you for a lovely stay. 」

「For an old vintage property in the area this was great. The room was nice sized and very clean. The bed squeaked quite a bit and you can hear the neighbors many times but it would not keep me from coming back. Check in went smoothly however they never did let me know in my room was ready but I can't say enough about how nice and friendly the staff was. All in all I would highly recommend it's a great New Orleans location very easy to get in and out of highly recommend」

「It was quiet. Rooms are very basic but comfortable. Smelled a bit musty but to be expected as the humidity is quite high. I’d definitely stay here again. Location is great for being close to everything. Felt very safe walking to and from the hotel. The hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful. 」

「We ate at The Rib Room restaurant for prime rib dinner and my steamed broccoli was served with the rubber band around it still. It was dark and I didn't notice it until I was chewing on it. It wasn't our server's fault, but I will not ever eat there again after this happened. We usually stay at this Omni at least once a year, so it is a shame.」

「Hotel was in a great location. Parking was not too far away. Only a few short blocks away at a very nice mall. They had coffee and water in the lobby 24 hours. Bed was super comfortable. Only issue we had was when they did give us maid service which was only once during our 5 day stay. They did not make up bed or even sweep up. Only added new towels. Soap dispensers were empty in shower and almost empty in bathroom. One night returning late the trash in lobby was overflowing and coffee / water...
