Area of the property is a little rough but the property is fenced in. Rooms decent for the price. They are smoking rooms so the sheets and blanket did have a few burn holes and the couch was a little stained. The room offered a small refrigerator and microwave. There is an ice machine available which offer ice at a small fee. Staff was nice, friendly and helpful. Property is about 10 minutes from Bourbon St.

Cheap, secure & close to downtown

Affordable gated motel away from the downtown traffic and crowds. Great customer service, BJ asked us every day if everything was good or if we needed anything. If you're not looking for views or luxury, want to save a lot of money and be close to the to tourist locations, book here.

You get what you pay for, but I would strongly recommend against staying at this motel. The woman at check was friendly, but my room was awful. Cockroach as I walked in. Walls and floors are in awful condition. An overall lack of cleanliness throughout. Luckily I found another place to stay and simply wrote this expense off as stupid tax!

This place is the most disgusting motel I have ever been. The first room the toilet didn’t work.. The second one had rat feces and dead roaches in the bathroom. A dirty sheet that covered the couch. I was too scared to even see what was under it. A lot of stool on the toilet tissue. This place needs to clean up if they really wants someone to stay over night
