He was amazing where ever he was scheduled and it seemed like he was everywhere. Lol Always walking around with a smile on his face checking on everyone to see they had everything they needed. Special shout out to our VIP concierge Josè Miguel Jimenez. I have never had a concierge before and now I don't if I could vacation without one. Josè made our entire stay amazing and hassle free. Not once did I ever have to go looking for him. He checked in with me both in person and via text throughout the day to see if there was anything we needed. He made sure what activities and events were happening each day. He made our stay so relaxing. The next concierge we have on vacation will have very big shoes to fill. "
