The staff at Zoetry Aqua was exceptional. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. From our concierge Luis to all the staff. In particular the staff at Piragua. Johanna and Natalie were amazing. The chef in piragua even made us a delicious sancocho with a day notice. The staff truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. The spa service was also amazing. The only recommendation I would give other travelers is to book this hotel out of the Sargassum season to enjoy the ocean water. But the property pools were prestige and refreshing.

This was the worst resort hotel experience I've ever had in South America. The hotel facilities were not as described, and the service and basic amenities for guests were almost nonexistent. I found this hotel through ChatGPT comparisons, but the descriptions were completely different. I think anyone considering this hotel should think carefully. The price and the service provided are disproportionate. It's a very mediocre hotel, and for a large resort hotel, it offers almost no value for money and will waste our precious vacation time.

Zoetry Agua Punta Cana is an excellent all-inclusive resort if you are looking to relax, but have a little entertainment as well. The food and drinks are high quality, and there are a variety of activities available throughout the day. No big crowds so you do not need to worry about reservations or not being able to attend an event. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect actually, just the menu, my wife and i would love authentic Dominican food i’d be great if you can possibly add that to the indigo cafe. Besides that whats not to love? Peace and serenity. Right next to the beach .. we’ll be back for sure. Amaya was our fav resturant to eat from! Ps. your wonderful and well mannered staff made us feel welcomed and right at home juan-carlo our baggage handler down to Luis who took us to our rooms and our concierge Elhamzer and Wandy who went above and beyond by loaning me a phone changer, keep up the great work.
