「The room was quite clean, but I don't know why there were some chicken feathers in the bath towel and on the bed. Everything else was fine. It would be great if they could put disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste, slippers and other things.」

「The hotel was brand new and very clean. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had heavy snow during our stay, and one of the staff members kindly helped brush the snow off our car the next morning. I really appreciated their kindness!」

「Very flexible! We had nowhere to board our dog and it was actually less expensive to have her come with us! I called the day prior to let them know, they thought they may have to switch us rooms but they kept us in the same room and gave her all the pampering in the world! We were very fortunate to have chosen such a beautiful and accommodating resort.」
