Beautiful warm and welcoming cabins right on the lake. Also a fantastic place to stay in winter. The owners are extremely helpful and responsive, even in the "off season" for the area. Wonderful retreat for writers, base for snowshoers or for anyone who loves the quiet of winter.

The spacious room with separate bedroom. Big bathroom. Very clean rooms, quiet, close to shopping area. Full kitchen with all necessary supplies and utensils. Only issue is heating was slowing. And internet slowed.

We just took a leisurely drive and stayed overnight. Long Lake had the only available room for one night as it is a popular time of year. Would have chosen Inlet because of being able to walk around town, but we had never been that far north before.
If the weather had been better we would have kayaked on the lake, but it was raining
