「Staff was helpful though the old adage of ya can’t put lipstick on a pig rings true…for me it would have been worth the extra $50 to stay somewhere else. Dirty room, one towel like tissue paper, and the so called pathetic breakfast find an alternative if you can.」

「The breakfast was pretty much non existent. The room was okay but the sleeper couch was broken and we had a child that we had sleeping on it. The staff were helpful but the hotel is most certainly run down」

「Stayed for a concert at SPAC. Bed was super comfy and shower was AMAZING. Nice place.」

「The room was very nice and staff were very friendly and helpful. Wonderful location. My only complaint is while the towels were large enough and very soft they did not absorb water very well. The was a very nice coffee shop in the hotel. The building is historical and they are still working on some of the details so anticipate things getting even better」
