「Upon arrival we were given a room key to the wrong room. Despite our reservation being booked over one month in advance we were given a room in the basement. The front desk staff seemed bored with the confusion over our room key. Booked was a room with two Q beds, we were given a room with one bed. I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and have never encountered such unfriendly hotel staff. Making up for this was the serving staff and bar staff. They were exceptional! The Internet did not work come to find out the next morning that the wrong password was given to me from the nu clerk plus we weren’t in the original room that we were supposed to be in the room was clean. The amenities really weren’t worth it.」
