「Our stay at Microtel was perfect. It’s a great place for short stays. The room had plenty of heat, nice bed, shower had hot water. The only issue was I could not connect with any streaming video. Usually at other motels you get a QR code to connect with our account and it brings that streamer to the tv. But it was still a nice stay.」

「From the first encounter at the front desk upon check-in to the making of the room, there was always some little things that made me want to leave the place sooner ((for example: I was waken up twice in the middle of the night by spiders crawling across my face). However, breakfast was quite acceptable. 」

「I was traveling and decided to stay at the Hotel Broadalbin. It is a nicely restored 170+ yr old hotel with restaurant/bar on the main street in a small village. Had a nice chat with the owner. It has the feel of stepping back in time. All the rooms were restored a few years ago and have that 19th century feel, antique furniture, etc. The bed was comfortable. I liked the smart Roku TV. I stayed there again the following week when i came back through. So much nicer than any of the chain...

「All the staff were friendly, professional and helpful, however Casey provided especially attentive service, going above and beyond to make sure we were aware of all the services and amenities the hotel has to offer. We very much enjoyed our swim in the pool before dinner and the entire facility is one of the classiest I have ever stayed in. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place to stay in Albany, NY.」
