I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent stay at your hotel.
First, I had to wait for two and a half hours to check in, only to be told by the new group of receptionists at 3:00 PM that they were unaware guests were waiting. This is unacceptable and shows poor communication and management at the front desk.
Second, during my three-day stay, housekeeping never came to clean my room, despite my repeated requests. I asked multiple times for my room to be cleaned, but no one ever showed up.
This level of service is far below what I expect from a hotel of your standard, and it significantly impacted my experience.
