「The hallway carpet on my floor was dirty and ripped. I like to utilize the fitness room wherever I go and the equipment is malfunctiong」

「Very disappointing experience. There were cobwebs everywhere, and honestly, who knows when the last time the room had been properly swept or cleaned. There were stains on the bed, the room had an unpleasant smell, and even the sink water smelled absolutely horrible. Overall, it just did not feel like a clean or sanitary space at all. Communication was also extremely frustrating. When you try to speak with someone at the property, it is very difficult to understand them. I called this morning...

「very great breakfast」

「Overall, nice facility. But the toilet ran on and off all night, which was disruptive to sleep. And there was dirty laundry under the chair in the room. When I told the front desk about the issues, there was no effort to give us a new room or compensate for the annoyances.」
