「Had to call front desk, tv would not turn on. Turned out it was totally unplugged, as was the phone—so returning to our room at 11:30 at night, we had no phone because someone disconnected it…we thought both things unplugged was rather strange. Refrigerator ran loudly all night. Got up to shower the next morning and there was no shampoo in the dispenser in the shower. Thank goodness my husband had the foresight to bring a travel sized bottle.」

「Only dislike was that hot water in our shower/bathtub was not set at temperature as hot as we preferred. Owner adjusted upward at our request second night of our three night stay. Hot tub in spa hot as we like and enjoyed.」

「My husband and I were here for a concert, hotel was older but beautifully maintained. Check in was great, parking was easy. The elevator stopped working, but again we understand the age of the hotel and disregarded the inconvenience. I wish i had more time here to learn the history and explore. We will definitely be back! Unfortunately upon check out I purchased a mountain dew in the lobbys convenience store area, i opened it took a sip to find out not only was it flat but there was particles...

「Staff were super cheerful and helpful, all of them. They provide free parking, free drinks 5-7pm and free breakfast w/ made to order omelets? That’s a lot of value. I have stayed at dozens of hotels but I was very surprised at how well this place was run and how much I enjoyed it. Top place in Saratoga and perfectly located」

「Run as fast as you can! The motel is disgusting and mold infested. The furniture was in poor repair, the sink had old dried toothpaste stuck to the sides, and the walls are paper thin. We ended up not staying and left. Truly disturbing that this is even available.」
