「The room was very nice but the shower had mold all around the bottom. The bathroom had motion sensor switches and the lights went off when I was showering. This is dangerous! They have a wonderful restaurant in the hotel but there is no place for a good cup of coffee. We love the Saratoga area and will be back.」

「I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was welcoming and attentive throughout my visit. 「The bathroom itself was not very clean. There was noticeable filth in the shower and on the floor. We made reservations for a sit down breakfast to arrive and them tell us they switched it to a buffet style breakfast the morning of. If we had known, we would have gone elsewhere. We received massages during our stay. I think she just rubbed in the oil onto my skin for 50 minutes. It was the worst massage I’ve ever received.」

「The staff was friendly. They had the wrong room for us when we went to check-in, so we had to wait another 30+ minutes to check-in. That was frustrating, but we were offered a beverage and snack for each of us. Once you get past the lobby, the space is dated, but everything was clean. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms are small, but overall the space was nice. It’s walkable to downtown and the restaurants, which was great. 」

「Unable to check in at 5:30pm made reservations days ahead. Door locked. You could see through the window. It was some rundown Tampa office/bar dirty nobody there. They have a self check and sign up which I assume would normally be used for late night. There was no one on the property when you called. Get someone at a call center in another country that cannot understand what you’re saying and there’s a translator in the background so it’s like talking to two people at the same time. They have...

「Run as fast as you can! The motel is disgusting and mold infested. The furniture was in poor repair, the sink had old dried toothpaste stuck to the sides, and the walls are paper thin. We ended up not staying and left. Truly disturbing that this is even available.」
