「First of all when we got there we weren't told where the parking area was . We had 5 people staying 3 nights. There were 3 bath mats, 3 bath towels & 2 washcloths. No hand towels. No kitchen towels. The shower head didn't work correctly. Dining area lights didn't work. Control panel on the washer/dryer was falling off. No place to put our clothes. The one dresser had stuff stored in it Master bed sheets had a cigerette burn. Half empty bottles of water laying around. But the worst part was when...

「Clean room easy check in and lovely property. I had hoped to have lunch there, only breakfast available so went to a convenient place right across the parking lot. I travel a lot and will definitely come here again when I’m in Albany.」

「Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my stay. They put me in a connecting room and the people next door were partying and slamming doors late into the night. I called the front desk 4-5 times and they somehow could not do anything about it. I was having surgery the next day early and can’t sleep. 「The pictures are deceiving. The non-smoking room I reserved smelled as though someone had just smoked a cigarette in it. I was moved to another room, but although it appeared somewhat clean, the linens had an unpleasant odor as well. Overall, the property is dirty and poorly maintained — more like a roadside motel than what was advertised. I would not stay here again.」

「Old and poorly maintained property. The first room we were given had dog hair on the carpet and an air freshener by the window, possibly to mask odors. We reported this to the staff and we received a new room. The new room was much better. However an old sandwich was found in the refrigerator and the A/C had trouble maintaining a cool temperature.
