Convenient location and infrastructure good. However, experienced some big drawbacks. Our reservation was for 4 people (2 adults, 2 teenagers) in a king room with sofa bed. The bathroom did not have body wash from the get go. The first person showering noticed there was absolutely no body wash on the dispenser. When we went to reception to ask for body wash, they told us they could not find any, so they gave us some small hand soaps and told us that the next morning, someone would come and give us the body wash. We were only given 3 sets of towels, so we had to go downstairs to ask for another set of towels. The next day we were out for the whole day - when we came back in the evening, the promised body wash had not been provided. We went to the front desk to ask for it and they went looking and came back saying they did not have body wash so they could offer us more hand soap bars. We were also surprised that the room had not been made - we were told that housekeeping is only every other day but this was not explained either in the reservation details or at check in. We had to ask for new towels as we had put them on the floor for them to be replaced during housekeeping. We were given 2 sets of extra towels. I had to request more. Overall, really not what I would expect of a Marriot Residence Inn. Providing body wash is a basic part of what one pays for. Communicating frequency of housekeeping is critical too. Lastly, we had to ask for bedding for the sofa bed.
