「The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!」

「This is a lovely hotel in the old town, because this is a pedestrian zone you do gave to carry your bags to the hotel, just a heads up if that is an issue. The rooms are small but well appointed, the staff very helpful. Would definitely book again.」

「Excellent accommodations with amazing facilities to use. The staff were extremely accommodating and we were very pleased. Definitely would stay here again!」

「Gute Auswahl vom Buffet, sehr zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter, angenehme Gäste (Ende März: überwiegend Fahrradfahrer). Gar keine Animation. Beim Abendessen genügten die Sitzplätze drinnen nicht (es war noch kein Wetter für die Terrasse am Abend) - das Warten wurde aber mit einem Glas Sekt an der Bar überbrückt. Das Zimmer (mit Jacuzzi) war sauber und sehr aufgeräumt, eher kühl eingerichtet. Lage fußläufig zum Hafen etwa 10 Minuten, zum Wasserski (noch nicht in Betrieb) etwa auch.」

「Lovely hotel, nice breakfast buffet, lovely staff, very spacious room, but pack a sleep mask because if your room is at the front of the hotel all the garden lights mean your room never gets dark. The light bleeds around the top of the curtains and into the room. Also the pillows are very very soft. We liked the hotel but struggled to sleep. 」

「Great property to say in terms of facility, food, room, and staff. The water in summer month when we were there was full of sea weed, but if you go past the sea weed the water was clear and clean.」

「The check in process was smooth and everyone was really friendly. Cannot fault the customer service or the location at all. However, once we saw the one bedroom apartment we realised it wasn't for us. The rooms are far too small for a family of 4. We found other accommodation, a 3 bedroom villa 1 mile away for the same price. 」

「Dieses Hotel ist einfach eine kleine Sensation. Das Team ist äußerst nett und zuvorkommend und das Frühstück ein Gedicht. Dadurch dass das Hotel mitten in der Altstadt ist, empfehle ich das Auto draußen auf den öffentlichen Parkplätzen stehen zu lassen und erst gar nicht ranfahren um die Koffer direkt vor der Türe abzuladen- die Gassen sind sehr eng. Wir kommen wieder 💕」
