「We really liked the location - it’s enough of a distance from the Alcúdia resort to be peaceful but the beach and a well-served bus stop are less than 5 mins walk. The hotel is clean, staff are friendly, the food selection is great and tasty. The only complaint I have is that you hear every noise from the hallway in the bedrooms - including all the slamming doors. But, as this is a peaceful location with decent clientele, there was no noise overnight. The bedrooms are also tiny, but I didn’t...

「The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!」

「This is a lovely hotel in the old town, because this is a pedestrian zone you do gave to carry your bags to the hotel, just a heads up if that is an issue. The rooms are small but well appointed, the staff very helpful. Would definitely book again.」
