「Wir hatten insgesamt drei Zimmer gebucht. Für eines davon habe ich ein Upgrade angefragt, leider bestand dieses lediglich aus einem Poolblick. Im Vergleich zu den anderen beiden Standardzimmern gab es ansonsten kaum Unterschiede. Im Gegenteil: Das angebliche Upgrade-Zimmer hatte sogar einen kleineren Schrank und einen kleineren Tisch, was mit Baby eher unpraktisch war. Rückblickend hätte ich mir das Upgrade sparen können. Die Matratze war leider sehr unbequem, sodass ich während des Aufenthalts...

「The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!」

「Xiwen in reception provided us excellent service, we felt so welcoming. All staffs from reception, in restaurant or bell attendant services are excellent. Only the sound proof of the room needs improvement, as baby’s crying in next room woke us up.」

「Best location in Soller. All the staff were super friendly. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The breakfast was 5 star and the Restaurant was high quality. I highly recommend.」

I wish the rest of the staff were all like her, only feedback would be the buffet evening food, this needs to get better but everything else made up for that! 「Our favorite hotel with access to the beach! All rooms were suites so we had plenty of room. Convenience to restaurants and shopping. One evening we took a bus ride to Alcudia. Great vibe and beach dining! Lovely, safe, and quiet hotel! Lots of games and activities for kids. 2 pools and grass area with ping pong table. Enjoyed our balcony and kitchenette. Staff was helpful and informative. Gym had good options too. Beach was so much fun, low to no waves.」

「Rooms were clean and modern Breakfast was incredible Dinner was amazing, plenty of choices for bothe breakfast and dinner Entire hotel staff is amazing. Incredibly friendly and helpful. Pool is perfect and lots of chairs. Beach is excellent. Note you have to pay $21 euro for 2 chairs and an umbrella with lock box on the beach. Can't say enough good things. The hotel is quiet and peaceful. Bus stop literally in front of hotel. Drinks are pricey though, but made very good. All in all...
