"We had an amazing stay at TokyuStay. Very convenient location to train, parks, dining options and shopping. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff and wonderful breakfast each day. Heads up that kids over age 6 are considered adults for the room. Expedia did not make that clear when booking in the US. Luckily the hotel had a room left for us to book when we arrived during the busy Sakura season. Can’t wait to go back!"

"Great hotel. Central location. Shinjuku station was easy walk. Great for getting anywhere. Hotel clean and comfortable. Plenty to eat and see. Nightlife outside was interesting but did not interfere with enjoyment of hotel stay. Godzilla theme was cool."

"The room was very tiny however there was a hot tube which we needed for little kids. The breakfast was nice at reasonable prices. The staffs were nice and helpful. "

"The hotel is very nice and traditional Japanese. The staff is very nice and helpful. The Onsen is great. The onsite restaurant is wonderful and probably the best meals I had in Tokyo. It is also walking distance ~15 min from the center of Shinjuku. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others."

"Breakfast was a waste of time. Down stairs in a cafe with 5$aud equivalent voucher for a bad coffee and 1/2 piece of toast! Rooms very small 2 side of double bed against the wall Bathrooms very small but all was functional - budget accommodation if this is what your looking for This was a recon trip for us to Tokyo and now we know so it was no fault of the motel."
