"I went and asked where I could get my hair washed as I didn’t bring a hair dryer with me. They went and got me a hair dryer & hair straightener so that I could do my own hair. The staff were all amazing and helpful, rooms were clean, laundry service on site for you to do your own washing. 5 stars all around"

"The hotel was in a very convenient location - especially for first time visitors to Tokyo. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The only issue was that our experience with the staff is that they weren’t the most friendly and it was quite chaotic in the lobby with their bag storage system."

"The property was in a wonderful quite area, but I would say not as clean as most hotels in Japan, granted it is cleaner than 95% of the hotels in Europe and the US, but not Japanese clean. I believe the hotel was expensive for what you get."

"The hotel reception is located in the mall building, 3rd floor. It’s honestly great because there’s a Lawson and family mart within the building opened 24/7. You can even walked Shinjuku station completely underground!! There’s also a bunch of restaurants in the hotel if you want a convenient option. This hotel is extremely walkable to Shinjuku and easy to hop on the bus to Harajuku or Shibuya (20 min bus ride). The room was small but manageable if this is your first location you’re exploring. Definitely get a bigger room if you feel like you need the space to place all your shopping finds. The hotel staff are so friendly and welcoming!"
