「Wow! My 1st time at this hotel! I stay in Chicago often but I have never experienced a hotel like this. Everyone working there were happy. They always were friendly & would say good morning. Even getting on an elevator; the staff was sweet. The breakfast was delicious & so many options. The hotel was SO clean. I was not expecting what was in my room.
