"Wonderful experience, very friendly staff. Perfect location as it’s just five minutes walk to the Main Street. Please note that traffic gets busy on weekends as they make them as walking areas in main areas.
We stayed on the 8th floor, could see the lake view! Just walking one / two floor up for the bar and restaurant. We can see the cathedral from the rooftop bar.
Breakfast has buffet and menu for main course.
Great services! We loved the surprise fruit pack when we checked out as we headed to Ha Long Bay for cruise.

"The hotel is beautiful. Everything looks like new. The roof bar is value for money. It's not easy to find a great view from the top of the building. Also, staffs are really helpful. They whatsapp me about the arrangement before the day I checked in, and offer help 24/7. Such a good team. "
"We booked to stay here at the last minute and got a great deal online. Our check in was prompt and friendly and the room was clean with a balcony and good air con. We only stayed for one night but would happily have stayed longer, the roof terrace was great for a couple of happy hour beers and a tasty lunch. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but adequate for the price! Overall a great value hotel and in a good location to explore Hanoi."
