"I absolutely loved Bi Ecosuites. The hosts were amazing! The building is located in a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood, not far from all the cafes, shops, barbers, restaurants, massage parlors, monuments, tourist attractions. You name it. The room itself was top notch. Very clean, nicely furnished and equipped with everything you would need for a short or long stay. The big Samsung smart tv was great too. I highly recommend Bi Ecosuites while in Hanoi. "

"Staff was super helpful. Breakfast had basic but good options (Pho, Omelet, soup, some pastries and fresh fruits). Rooms were clean and comfortable. There was a loud drilling next door to our room which made it really hard to sit in the room. The staff tried to accomodate but not much they could do since it was building next door. Location is great, walkable with plenty if food and coffee options."
