「This hotel service is very poor, I booked a river view room on Expedia, they gave me into the city view room. Then the room air conditioner is broken maintenance staff can not repair, the front desk clerk will not change the room 65 degrees Fahrenheit! Can only give you add blankets. Will not go to the hotel for the second time in my life. And downstairs vallet $40 per night!」

「The valet service is terrible. Paid 47$ for them to park my vehicle on the opposite side of the hotel without informing me. After waiting 20 minutes for my car, ( requesting via phone does nothing until you show them your ticket physically) I got my keys to find that my brand new vehicle I had purchased 4 days prior to my stay was scratched in multiple spots while in their care. The hotel itself was wonderful and the rooms were great. Five stars there. 」
