「I went and right when I got to the room the room smelled like weed it had roaches all on the balcony and the tv was not working at all there was crumbs all in the carpet, we called downstairs 3 times to let them know and they said don’t worry about it we will keep it noted so we will get our deposit back whole time once we checked out they kept our deposit and charged us a extra $200 and the breakfast was nasty and in the hall ways they have trash bags just laying everywhere around and there...

「A basic room that was clean and comfortable. A little dated but great location for my needs. The adjacent restaurant was great and it is walkable to a gas station/C store, coffee shop etc. Both of the people I interacted with at the office were pleasant and efficient.」

「We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.」

「Ac did not work--would run for 2 min then shut off. Dirty washcloth in shower. The sink did not drain. Gal at front was informed. We left at 0400 as it was so hot in the room.」
