「I had blood on my bed sheets(which is a red flag on many levels)and they didn’t believe me at first, so I showed them. Once I showed them, I asked for new sheets and they said they didn’t have anymore cleans ones. They didn't even offer to take the sheets, so I took them off myself. Then they said they can't do anything else to help me, but I can speak to the manager the next day to get a discount or refund. 「We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.」

「The breakfast is breakfast. It's eggs and Sausage and danishes with juice and milk that the same meals in all hotels. I didn't eat it but it looked and smelled good. I ate cereal and milk. My room was spotless when I got it. Nothing bad to grade on. 」

「Room was clean. Did not use pool or hot tub. Stayed 2 nights. Breakfast on the first morning was less than expected. Went down at 8 am, very little coffee. Things were better second morning.」

「I think the hotel may have been just a few years old. The shower stream was still powerful. The room was big and comfortable, and there were two TVs. The complimentary breakfast was just ok. The lady who checked us in was quite cool and nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. 」

「We love this location and have stayed in it many times. This time our room had a funky smell. It was ok as long as we were running the air conditioner. Also there were ants on the table in-between the beds. We reported it to staff, they said they would have maintenance look into it. Other than that, we love this place and will return again.」

We were put all the way in the back corner highway noise. Low capacity should have been put towards front of hotel. Sorry but never again.」

「Not worth the price! Furniture is horrible, uncomfortable, and rooms are decorated from two decades ago. The shower floor was so slippery I almost fell numerous times. Do not stay if you are elderly. Staff were unfriendly and not personable at all. Free breakfast was not good. Stay elsewhere in town. This hotel is way overpriced for what it is. Wouldn’t stay here again.」
