"Ines was amazing and always cheerful while serving breakfast. All staff was great and helpful with restaurant suggestions, e-bus information and more. Hotel is in a convenient location , no need to go far from the arriving train station. Thank you."

"Everything was great except for the hotel allowing smoking on the decks which means if you want a no smoking room that doesn’t exist. A quick solution have them smoke outside on the ground floor. Nothing worse that smelling tobacco smoke in your room!"

"Great location - check out shuttle service from the train station and the access via the tunnel and lift up into the hotel to avoid the step hill with your luggage. Easy access to the town and all the routes to take you up high! Lovely rooms are very clean, comfortable and quiet. And what a view - constantly changing with the weather and time of day! Sometimes there’s nothing to see because of the cloud, sometimes the mountain stands tall and dark, just before dawn you can see the small lights of those who are brave and strong enough to climb up to stand at the top ready for the sunrise golden glow. Stunning! Stayed three nights - wish we’d stayed a little longer to relax and take it all in. Would definitely recommend Relais and Chateaux Schonegg."

"We enjoyed our stay. Our room had a wonderful view of the Matterhorn. After hiking and a long walk. They have amazing spa with a heated outdoor pool, indoor pools and jetted tubs. They offer a free shuttle pick you up at trian station. The room was nice and staff as well."

"Exceptionally courteous, attentive and friendly staff starting with the front desk staff, to room attendants to servers during breakfast. Everyone aimed to please and that’s exactly why I came back a second time to this hotel. The location is a short walk from the train station and nearby many restaurants and of course - shops!"
