We booked two rooms for a three-night stay. Each room is individually decorated and furnished with a clear view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. The hotel has a shuttle car to pick us for the check-in and to send us to Zermatt’s train station after the checkout. Hotel location is nearby to the bus stop for trips to Zermatt’s town centre. We had a truly delightful stay at the Berghof hotel.

Excellent small hotel with beautiful pool areas (including one for adults only, very nice). A bit far out of town but certainly walkable, and the big upside to being out of the fray is being nestled in a quiet area. Views of the Matterhorn are amazing; staff is wonderful. Would stay there again!
