Right across from the train station. Area walkable and safe. Rooms were clean and cozy and I even had a view of the Matterhorn from my balcony. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent!

Hotel is a short walk from the SBB train station. It is also next to the Gornergrat Railway station. Room are large and beds are comfortable.

Great place to stay!

We were warmly welcomed by Diana. The room was comfortable and spacious. It had a view of the Matterhorn! It is conveniently located next to the train station and other sights.

Hotel Sarazena is very close to the Zermatt train station, so you don't have to drag your luggage across the whole town to get to your hotel. It is very close to Gornergrat Railway Station to get you up to the mountain. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice too. Even though it is very close to the two railway stations, the sound insulation is so good that we barely noticed the outside noises. Also, we have a Matterhorn view from our room. Wonderful stay at Zermatt.

Agnes and team were all very professional and accommodating. Great place to stay. The cleanliness is top notch. And the location is just perfect if you don’t want to walk far from the train station (or pretty much from everywhere else). Happy I stayed here. Definitely recommending it to friends.

What a fantastic hotel! Perfectly located near the train station and town, it’s tucked away in a quiet area, making it ideal for convenience, accessibility, and peace. Plus, it’s only a 20-minute walk to the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise—definitely take the walk instead of the bus; it’s so much more enjoyable! The room was lovely, featuring a balcony with breathtaking views of the Matterhorn and modern details like great lighting and plenty of charging points. While the bathroom was a little dated and the shower controls were a touch tricky, it was nothing that detracted from the overall experience. Breakfast was excellent, with a wonderful selection of meats, bread, fresh fruit, and yogurt to start the day right. The service was equally impressive—I was able to leave my bag with the hotel for the day, and when my room was ready, they kindly took it up for me. Such thoughtful touches really made my stay memorable!

We had a fantastic 3 day stay at this lovely hotel, rooms spacious and clean, big comfy bed, tasty breakfast, close to town and both railway stations. We were getting the 1st Glacier Express that morning, and they kindly did an early breakfast sitting. Would highly recommend
