I can not recommend this place enough! Outstanding from top to bottom. The people who worked there were well trained and seemed to like their jobs. The spa had everything you could want. Well manicured grounds. I had an amazing massage. Great location short distance from the train and right outside the Main Street where most of the restaurants and bars were. The room had great bed, both a shower and tub. Loved it!

I only have two small complaints regarding the room. Our seat on the toilet was loose and eventually came off. We notified the staff. Also, the shower pan had almost no lip on it, so when the drain was a bit clogged the water ran onto the floor when showering. I'm confident the staff solved these minor issues. Everything else was great! Beautiful view of the Matterhorn from our room! I do have one comment to make about the staff at breakfast. We were not traveling with one of the big groups. We were asked once if we were with "Viking". When we answered no we were treated a bit differently. It was minor but definitely noticeable, even though we had paid a lot to stay there. I would say this could be an easy fix on their part by just reminding staff to not prioritize the big travel groups. Treat all customers the same.

Great rooms, great staff, Matterhorn views at breakfast (which was good too!), well located close to the train station and a 20min walk to the Matterhorn Express ski lift! The hot tub and pool were pretty basic, but that would be the only down side. I’d consider staying at this hotel again.

The stay was overall good with decent facilities. However, spa hours were quite restrictive, the indoor pool was cold, the jacuzzi was always occupied by a promiscuous couple, and rooms felt slightly old and in need of renovation

The front staff made my stay supportive, and easy with ***** - 5 star service. I loved how easy it was to the gondolas and shuttles from here. The pools, jacuzzi, and indoor spa rooms were all gorgeous and relaxing. I loved the chocolates they delivered in the evenings, and the breakfast was so delicious and beautiful view of the Matterhorn every morning.
