「The staff were wonderful. Eddie was so helpful. The hotel itself was built in 1920’s. As a result the hotel has a lot of character but is in no way modern. You will have the benefit of a safe and clean place to sleep, bathe and store luggage. The location is beyond excellent and balances out the age of the hotel and sparse accommodations. 「This hotel service is very poor, I booked a river view room on Expedia, they gave me into the city view room. Then the room air conditioner is broken maintenance staff can not repair, the front desk clerk will not change the room 65 degrees Fahrenheit! Can only give you add blankets. Will not go to the hotel for the second time in my life. And downstairs vallet $40 per night!」
