「Unfortunately, when we were there, only one of the three restaurants was open. We had an issue whereby our room was not ready on time which delayed our start of enjoying our vacation. The front desk was very apologetic and supportive while we were waiting. The servers at Rum Runners were all excellent, as was the food.」

「This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate.」
