「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at his wonderful small hotel. The staff were absolutely delightful, very helpful and extremely friendly. We were really treated like members of their family. The rooms are beautifully appointed, the bed comfortable and the bathroom very modern, great hotwater shower. The restaurant for breakfast had a great selection of food. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Hanoi next time. And a superb location right in the heart of the old town, wonderful Hanoi...

「We had a wonderful time staying at Grand Hotel du Lac Hanoi. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant stay. We had a mocktail at the sky bar and it was very delicious. Forgot what it’s called but it has dragon fruit, mango with hibiscus tea. 」

「服务非常非常好，尤其是楼下的接待，她非常细心耐心地介绍信息，这是我在中国从未遇到过的。位置就在还剑湖旁边，非常方便，同时距离最繁华的街道也就四五十米，闹中取静。房间总体比较安静，因为就在还剑湖旁边，周末还能听到外面的噪音，但晚上10点以后基本就安静了。餐厅很棒，服务也很好，苏利，风景也很美。推荐。」

「We booked to stay here at the last minute and got a great deal online. Our check in was prompt and friendly and the room was clean with a balcony and good air con. We only stayed for one night but would happily have stayed longer, the roof terrace was great for a couple of happy hour beers and a tasty lunch. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but adequate for the price! Overall a great value hotel and in a good location to explore Hanoi.」
