「I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was dirty and poorly maintained. There were holes in the walls, which made the room look neglected, and the coffee pot didn’t even work. For the price I paid, I expected a clean, functional room. It was clear that basic maintenance and housekeeping had been overlooked. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel unless they make significant improvements.」

「The Hampton Inn was okay overall, the price was a bit steep for the amenities. Breakfast was included and there was an outdoor pool but nothing special. 「I just needed a place to sleep, and this property served that purpose. The room was basic, and the bed was comfortable. It is an older property but it was clean. The woman who helped me at the desk (who I think is the owner) was MOST helpful and very friendly. I was traveling alone and she made me feel safe. The location is also amazing. A quick walk across the bridge and you are in historic St. Augustine. Overall, a good hotel for the price.」

「We booked this hotel because it is pet friendly. Our room was clean and perfect for our dogs because there was no carpet-a plus in pup world. There is plenty of green grass areas to walk dogs and baggies are provided. The front desk staff was helpful and pleasant. We did have a problem with the toilet not flushing correctly but it was handled quickly. We will definitely stay again.」
