「During our 3-night stay we ran into issue after issue. When we arrived, there was no one at the check-in window. 「Central location with easy access to restaurants and shops. Parking is a few blocks away, so it’s not ideal. There is a lot next to the hotel where patrons can unload their luggage. Our 3rd-floor room was very nice, but we kept banging our heads into the slanted walls b/c we are tall. We were glad for the elevator! Staff were great and welcoming. Very responsive to a request we had to check a wobbly toilet. (They tightened the bolts.) Coffee and tea stations on every floor, and glass jars filled...

「This is our 2nd time here and we love it. The breakfast is fabulous. All of the nice touches. Wine, cookies, soda, water, chocolates on the pillow. Location is perfect. Only knock is that we had to park in the parking garage. Already looking forward to our return.」
